Quotes & engineering
What do you need from us to quote a dress pack?
The robot brand and model, the application (e.g. spot welding, handling), the number of robots, and — if available — the tool payload and media requirements. An engineer replies with a specification and quotation.
Do you support robot brands other than ABB, FANUC, KUKA, YASKAWA and Kawasaki?
Yes. We are robot-brand independent — the five brands above cover most installations, but we engineer systems for other six-axis robots and cobots on request.
Can we use our own cable and hose standards?
Yes — the Empty Dress Pack Solution gives you the engineered routing and protection platform while you supply cables and hoses to your own standards.
Ordering & the web shop
Can we order on account with a PO number?
Yes — approved business customers order on account (net 30) and can add a PO number at checkout. New customers can request account approval when creating a business account.
I don't know the part number of a worn component. What now?
Send us a photo of the component and the robot model via the contact form — an engineer identifies the right replacement. If your system carries a DCDI QR code, scanning it lists all spare parts for that installation.
Where do orders ship from?
From the nearest regional warehouse — Germany for Europe, Georgia (USA) and Mexico for the Americas, India and China for Asia. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Service & support
How fast can a dress pack be replaced on the line?
Systems are designed against OEM MTTR targets — typically ≤ 7 minutes for material handling and ≤ 15 minutes for carried spot-welding applications.
Do you provide on-site support?
Yes — installation, optimization and maintenance support worldwide, coordinated from the regional site closest to your plant.
