Complete Dress Pack
The Complete Dress Pack is a robot dress pack delivered ready to run: cables, hoses, mechanical routing, protective elements, spring-based linear retraction, strain relief and robot-specific mounting hardware — engineered per robot model and validated before delivery.
- Spring-based linear retraction for axis 3–6 — fail-safe, defined pull-back
- Closed housing, dimensionally stable up to 185 °F / 85 °C
- Nominal sizes 36–90, internal or external routing
- Compliant with OEM interference zones and maintainability targets
Each system is configured per robot model and application — pricing is quoted per specification.

Engineered as a system — not a collection of parts
A Complete Dress Pack is not an assembly of catalog parts. It functions as one integrated mechanical subsystem, engineered for reliable operation under continuous dynamic motion.
Every system applies the same systematic approach: defined routing geometry, controlled motion behavior, validated interfaces and proven retraction solutions — standardized on decades of production experience.
Ready to run, with clear responsibility
Each system arrives as a fully assembled, validated package — for customers who need defined performance, one accountable partner and minimal integration effort.
Every delivered system includes access to Becker's Digital Customer Database Interface (DCDI): documentation, spare-parts list and your account manager, one scan away on the robot.
Typical applications
- Material handling
- Spot and arc welding
- Laser welding
- Sealing and adhesive applications
