Warehouse & Logistics Automation
Warehouses fail at the edges — the singulation that jams, the pick that misreads, the handover between the conveyor and the system that is supposed to know where the pallet went. Becker Robotic builds the automation and the software handshake together, so the edges are somebody’s responsibility.
Material handling
- Palletising and depalletising
- Sortation and singulation
- Piece picking and order fulfilment
- Case and tray handling
- Machine tending and line transfer
Robotics
- Vision-guided picking, using the vision manufacturer’s own system
- Robotic simulation before the first bracket is cut
- Collaborative robots where people and process share a footprint
- AGV and AMR deployment, including charging and traffic layout
Software and data
An automated warehouse is only as good as what it tells the systems above it. We integrate with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Execution System (WES) platforms, and hand back line data and part-level traceability in a form your existing reporting can read.
How projects run
Every project runs through a phase-gate process: concept, simulation, design freeze, build, factory acceptance, site acceptance. Each gate has a written exit criterion, so “nearly finished” is not a status anyone can claim twice.
Factory acceptance happens in our facility with your product, not a stand-in. Site acceptance happens on your floor, at your rate, before sign-off.
Energy supply for moving automation
Palletisers, gantries and seventh-axis tracks all put the cable pack through more travel than a static cell ever does. Because Becker Robotic designs dress packs as its core business, the cable management on a warehouse system is engineered for that duty cycle rather than assembled from whatever fits.
