As Group Financial Manager, you will play a key role in the financial leadership of the Becker Group — building, harmonizing and continuously developing finance, accounting and controlling structures across all international Becker entities, working closely with the Group CEO.

- Establish and manage a standardized accounting structure across all international entities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts; KPI-driven controlling and management reporting
- Actively manage group-wide cash flow, liquidity and working capital
- Design and manage intercompany charging models, transfer pricing frameworks and documentation
- Structure and manage intercompany loans and external financing instruments
- Full P&L responsibility at entity level; business-case analyses for new locations and investments
- Establish finance SOPs and drive finance digitalization and effective ERP use
Was Sie mitbringen
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in an international finance or group-level role
- Strong technical expertise in accounting, controlling, cash-flow management and P&L steering
- Proven experience with intercompany structures, transfer pricing and international finance topics
- Fluent in English and German
- Located in Germany or the Netherlands
