Position: Group Financial Manager
As Group Financial Manager, you will play a key role in the financial leadership of the Becker Group. You are responsible for building, harmonizing, and continuously developing the finance, accounting, and controlling structures across all international Becker entities.
Your role combines technical financial expertise with strategic oversight, covering accounting, budgeting, controlling, cash‑flow management, intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and full P&L responsibility. You will work closely with the Group CEO and senior management to provide transparency, control, and reliable decision‑making foundations.
Key Responsibilities
Group Accounting & Financial Governance
- Establish and manage a standardized accounting structure across all international entities
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in line with local and group requirements
- Harmonize accounting processes, charts of accounts, and closing methodologies
- Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and banks worldwide
Budgeting, Controlling & Reporting
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts at group and entity level
- Implement KPI‑driven controlling and financial performance tracking
- Provide regular management reporting to the CEO and shareholders
- Analyze variances, margins, cost structures, and investment performance
Cash‑Flow & Liquidity Management
- Actively manage group‑wide cash flow and liquidity
- Optimize working capital and payment structures
- Plan and monitor financing requirements
- Improve cash transparency across all regions
Intercompany & Transfer Pricing
- Design and manage intercompany charging models and structures
- Establish and maintain intercompany agreements, transfer pricing frameworks, and documentation
- Ensure tax‑compliant service and cost allocations between group entities
- Coordinate transfer pricing topics with external tax advisors
Loans & Financing Structures
- Structure and manage intercompany loans and external financing instruments
- Draft and maintain loan and financing agreements
- Monitor repayment schedules, covenants, and financial obligations
P&L Ownership & Business Support
- Full responsibility for P&L performance at entity level
- Support executive management with financial analysis and decision support
- Perform profitability and business‑case analyses for new locations, investments, and projects
Processes, SOPs & Finance Transformation
- Establish and document finance SOPs, guidelines, and policies
- Standardize and continuously optimize finance processes
- Support the insourcing of accounting activities using Becker’s international teams
- Drive finance digitalization and effective use of ERP and reporting systems
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in an international finance or group‑level role
- Strong technical expertise in accounting, controlling, cash‑flow management, and P&L steering
- Proven experience with intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and international finance topics
- Highly structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented working style
- Strong ownership mentality, integrity, and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and German
- Located in Germany or the Netherlands
